The 2020 Occasions Stampin’ Up! Catalog has all sorts of fun and inspiring papers and stamps including the one in this photograph, the stamp set used is from the From My Heart Suite BUNDLE Photopolymer Item# 153931. If you were to purchase the stamp set by itself the Heartfelt Photopolymer Stamp Set Item# is 151417. The designer series paper you see is the From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper item# 151189. This designer series paper has some designs that have a foil look that is just beautiful, and some patterns that have raised hearts, how cute is that? What is amazing with this project is that you can use two different designs from the Designer Series Paper, for instance the project showcases that, or use the same designer series paper to mix it up. Being creative is fun because you can experiment with the different papers and see what combination you prefer. The papers used in the project were our favorite combination.
To create this card, we just adhered the designer series paper to the front of the 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 whisper white card base. Then we ran the front part of the base through the die cutting machine by placing one of the Stitched Nested Labels Dies to the top of the card front and running through the die cutting machine. Remove the die cut and use the positive image and you can use that positive image on another project!
Next, we put a different piece of Designer Series paper to the inside of the card (size 5 1/2 x 4 1/4) and used Stampin’ Dimensionals to raise up the heart and message inside the card. See how cute it looks inside!
What is nice about this design is it allows you to write a message on the white space on the inside of the front of the card if you wanted to jot something in there for that special friend.
