Card Making Ideas Using Vellum? When is the last time you said to yourself….”Boy I better get that vellum and use it on my project?”  “Um…for us, never”  Realizing we may be an exception than the rule when we saw the Dazzling Divas Challenge this week we were very intrigued;  Not only did we create one card for the challenge, but two!  

Have you used Vellum on a card?  Historically you might think of Vellum as that thin sheet that goes in-between cards in a wedding invitation.  Did you ever think about Card Making Ideas using Vellum as an accent for your Card Making?   Vellum can be a surprising accent that you can add to your creations! We would like to give you some Card Making Ideas Using Vellum:

• Try embossing it through a textured embossing folder and adding it to your card
• Try die cutting some geometric shapes and create a fun pattern intermingled with designer paper
• Layer over an Embossed Image or over designer paper.

When we saw the challenge we wanted to create something a little different so we decided to emboss the white cardstock vellum with the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder and place it on top of the craft metal. We think it came out pretty awesome, what do you think?
