How to Create a DIY Valentine Card Using Markers, is it really possible?
You been there before right? You are creating a DIY Valentine card and you go to grab that sheet of designer paper you have been waiting to use just for this occassion. Then you realize that you:
- Spilt coffee (or some liquid) on it
- Forgot you used it on another project
- Can't find it, it wasn't were you left it
Ok this is more than likely happened to all of us at one time or another, and when this happens (of if it happens) it's not a pleasant experience. This next tip I have is the perfect solution!
This Simple DIY Valentines Card was created using Whisper White, Blushing Bride and Real Red Card Stock. Using our Stampin' Write Markers I created a pattern using our Blushing Bride, Rose Red and Real Red Stampin' Write Markers. The best part is that I didn't have to worry if the lines were straight or crooked, evenly spaced or anything! I was able to let my creativity flow! However, I can't take full credit for this card. I copied it from fellow demonstrator Jannette in a swap we recently participated in.
Here is a close up of that awesome Silver Twine! Don't you just love the Silver Twine!? The stamp set used is from the Perfect Pennants stamp set.
In my opinion this is a perfect card to give to your boyfriend or husband cause it doesn't have too much bling on it. This card just makes me happy! What do you think?
