We are both going to be at a wedding. Edgerton Wisconsin as the destination and I as a guest for my cousins wedding today. My late grandfather, who lived to a great age of 94 grew up on a farm in Edgerton Wisconsin, and Green Lake Wisconsin is another vacation spot for my family as well and it's been a favorite for my family to visit and has been throughout the years. A shout out to all my Wisconsin readers!
So looking forward to seeing my aunts and uncles and being apart of this very happy day! Kathy Flood and Andy Lempa will be married at 4:30 CST at the Beautiful Coachmans Golf Resort in Edgerton Wisconsin, where they will have the ceremony and reception becoming one as Mr. & Mrs. Lempa. I"m so excited the temperature today will be 84 at ceremony time 4:30 p.m. and it looks like an awesome Wedding Day, NO RAIN in the forecast!
Before I left I wanted to create a special wedding card for my cousin, so this is what I created.
The brides colors are Cornflower blue and our Marina Mist Card Stock is close to matching that color so of course I had to use it on the card.
This is what I used on the card.
Card Base – Gumball Green Card Stock
Next Layer – Marina Mist Card Stock embossed with the New Fancy Fan Folder which embossed that beautiful background with the help of the Big Shot!
Next Layer – Raspberry Ripple Card Stock raised up on top of the Marina Mist card stock with stampin' dimensionals. (helps it stick to embossed card stock better)
Next Layer – Whisper White – that is what was used to create the essence of the card below are the items I used on this layer:
