Take a spin with an adorable & fun card!

Oh my goodness! The minute I saw this set I just HAD TO HAVE IT! I mean really, a spinner card? How fun is that? So I ordered the Take A Spin stamp set, the game spinner hands and had a blast creating this card, I can't wait to do more! Even my 15 year old was intrigued with this card (although he won't admit it, lol!). He sat at the table spinning the spinner so I know this will be a hit for kids of ALL ages!

Here is the card I created:

I am trying to learn a new photo software so I'm still stuck with my old program so I apologize for the photo quality.

This card was made with Marina Mist Card stock as the base, then layered with Always Artichoke card stock, layered with the Striped Designer Series paper from the Celebrate Simply Scrappin Kit, then layered with the Always Artichoke card stock, Cherry Cobbler Card stock, and finally the Circle punched out with the 2 1/2 inch punch stamped with one of the images from the Take A Spin stamp set. I also stamped some stars in versamark ink from the Extreme Elements Stamp Set and topped it off with Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding.

TIP: When applying the spinner hands I used the paper piercing tool and mat pad to punch a hole in the middle of the stampled image. Then I took the small circle placed it on top of the hole (with paper still on mat pad) Then place the spinner hand on top of the small circle and then place the brad through so it sticks in the mat pad. That insures everything is lined up and keeps it from slipping. Then lift up the image and open the brad to secure.
