Instructions:
- Cut Old Olive card stock to 8 1/2" x 5.5", and then fold in half; this will be your card base.
- Using Old Olive Classic ink, randomly stamp Poinsettia image on the bottom half of the Old Olive Card base.
- Cut Real Red card stock to 4-1/4" X 5-1/2" then set aside.
- Cut Whisper White card to 4-1/4" X 5-1/2" then run the Whisper White and Real Red card stock through the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine with the Top Note Die Cut.
- Using your Real Red and Old Olive Stampin' Write Markers color directly onto Poinsettia image then stamp onto Whisper White Card Stock. Then add Daffodil Delight Stampin' Write Marker to center of the Poinsettia.
- Apply VersaMark ink to entire piece of card stock using a brayer or direct-to-paper technique.
- Sprinkle Clear Stampin' Emboss powder over entire piece of card stock. Tap off excess powder, and melt remaining powder using heat tool. (If you're creating a small accent piece, use tweezers to hold your card stock.)
- For small images, sprinkle on additional powder while the image is still hot. For larger images, allow card stock to cool and apply more VersaMark ink before sprinkling more powder over the image. Repeat up to four times.
- Put your card stock in the freezer for a minute or two to ensure the glaze has cooled completely.
- Remove card stock from freezer, and bend back and forth until the enameled layer cracks. Continue bending different portions of the card stock until you've achieved the look you desire. (Optional): To emphasize cracked look, sponge ink into the cracks in your enamel using a sponge dauber.
- Using paper snips trim on the dotted lines of the Whisper White Top Note.
- Attach Whisper White Top Note to the Real Red Top Note with SNAIL Adhesive.
- Trim extra off the Top Note then attach to Old Olive Card base with SNAIL Adhesive.
- Ink Merry Christmas with Old Olive Classic ink then stamp on a scrap piece of Whisper White Card Stock. Then punch out using Word Window Punch.
- Layer Merry Christmas onto Daffodil Delight 1-3/4" X 7/8" Oval then again onto Real Red Scallop Circle with SNAIL Adhesive.
- Add 1/8" Old Olive Taffeta Ribbon to side of card to finish it off.
