Go For It!  Have you ever been in a position where you thought, ah heck, I’m going to go for it!

Yesterday I posted this card on Facebook because it holds a special meaning to me, and it came out so beautifully.  I hope it will resonate with you as well.   When I was in the girl scouts (many moons ago lol)  I remember I attended an outing to a farm where we were able to ride horses.  If you have never rode a horse or been in the presence of one they are absolutely magnificent animals.

During the day our entire group enjoyed riding horses at this farm.   At the end of the day they asked if anyone would want to come back and learn more about horses, and go riding for an entire day.   I thought, “go for it!”   So I raised my hand with a handful of others in my group .  Yes, I was the lucky person that could come back and spend the entire day with the horse and going for more horseback rides!  .I was SO excited!

When I got back to the farm before I was so excited to ride the horse.  What I didn’t know was that  before I could ride the horse  I needed to learn how to feed it, brush it, put the saddle on, etc.  Go For It! I told myself, as I was nervous being around this huge animal and going out of my comfort zone learning something I’ve never learned before.

It’s funny I can remember standing in the barn with the horse hooked up to the stall where I learned about what horses eat and how nervous I was having the horse take food from my hand.   I also learned how to pick up after them (if you know what I mean lol, the not so fun part), brush the horse, learned how they “shoe” the horses  and mostly it taught me to Go For It!  Follow my dreams. Follow my passions.   And it’s ok to go out of your comfort zone.
